These Terms and Conditions govern your use of MyOpenSlot, including our website, scheduling services, account features, and appointment-related SMS notifications. By using MyOpenSlot, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Platform

MyOpenSlot provides scheduling tools that allow clients and service providers to manage appointment availability, bookings, confirmations, and reminders.

You agree to use MyOpenSlot only for lawful scheduling-related purposes and not to misuse, interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Client Accounts

Client accounts are free to use. There are no platform limits on the number of pets or humans that may be listed within a client account.

Clients are responsible for keeping account information accurate and up to date so that appointment confirmations and reminders can be delivered properly.

Business Accounts

Business users may be subject to a monthly service fee. Businesses interested in using MyOpenSlot should contact support@myopenslot.com for additional information.

SMS Messaging Terms

MyOpenSlot SMS messages are limited to appointment confirmations and appointment reminders sent the day before a scheduled appointment. MyOpenSlot does not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or custom freeform text messages through the platform.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to receive appointment-related text messages from MyOpenSlot. Message frequency depends on your scheduled appointments, but messages are limited to appointment confirmations and day-before appointment reminders.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@myopenslot.com.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. MyOpenSlot does not support two-way provider/client communications through the platform. Any provider/client communication outside appointment confirmations and reminders must occur outside of MyOpenSlot.

No Marketing or Promotional Messaging

MyOpenSlot does not send marketing messages, promotional offers, advertisements, sales campaigns, or unrelated notifications by SMS. Business users are not permitted to send custom SMS messages, marketing content, or promotional material through MyOpenSlot.

Mobile Information and Consent

Your mobile information, SMS consent status, and appointment messaging information will not be sold, rented, shared, distributed, disclosed, or transferred to third parties for marketing, promotional, advertising, or unrelated purposes.

Account Deletion

Users may delete their account by logging into MyOpenSlot and selecting the account deletion option. When an account is deleted, the account information is removed from the system and is not retained by MyOpenSlot.

Acceptable Use

Users may not use MyOpenSlot to send spam, harassment, misleading content, illegal content, abusive activity, or unsolicited communications. MyOpenSlot is designed specifically for scheduling and appointment-related use.

Availability of Service

We work to keep MyOpenSlot reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Platform access may occasionally be limited due to maintenance, updates, outages, or technical issues.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
